Diabetes 2 is a health disease.

If you have diabetes 2, you will have health problems in the pancreas and all your organism; because this type of diabetes affects the entire organism and for that reason it is important to treat it.

you must identify what kind of consequences diabetes can bring to your life; and if you get diabetes 2 you will suffer too high levels of glucose in your blood , also your body couldn't produce insulin anymore; and even if it does it , it couldn´t be enough.

As you know, insulin is essential.


People always get wrong when they think diabetes 1 is the only type of diabetes that could affect teenagers.

If you are a teenager with a bad diet and lifestyle, you will get diabetes 2.

Obviously it is a disease that can affect adults and old people as well.

The causes of diabetes can be many, like overweight, familiar herency, nutrition and don't practice any type of exercise.

There are many ways to cope with this disease, like taking control of your diet, lifestyle and of course physical activity.
